Terms and Conditions

• All charters require a deposit of 10%, of total cost, to confirm your reservation.
• If you need to cancel your charter reservation, you must do so at least 1 week before the scheduled date to receive your deposit back.  Cancelations in less than 1 week will forfeit your deposit.   
• Your deposit will be returned in full if your charter is canceled by us due to weather or mechanical issues.
• We accept Cash, Checks and online card payments through Square.
